The hotel in general was great! Fire pit was awesome and pool and hot tub were clean. Beds were terrible, just not comfortable. Hotel staff were rude especially the lady at the bar. If you didn’t keep an open tab she treated you like a bum and took forever on small things like ice water…

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Under the toilet lid, there were urine stains. The doap they provided for washing hands was previously used one by other guests as it was opened and you can see it was pre-used. Bed sheets didnt feel clean.

Very convenient for shopping at the Tanager Outlets. The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on and the water looked murky, but the pool was fun for the kids. Beds were a little too hard, and the door to the bathroom is a slide door with easy ability to lock from the outside, which was very annoying because our 4-year-old kept locking it on us…. A regular door would have been better and also no way to keep kids in our room. Wish there would have been a lock up above for those that have little ones that love to explore… other than that, staff was excellent. Food could have been a bit better - maybe a waffle machine or pancake machine? That way food would be a little more fresh, but overall…. 3 for us.
