I wasn't happy about certain things but the Manager went out of his way to remedy the problem. Very happy ☺️. Feeling good about the service. Would recommend.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the showerhead was broken—spraying water sideways and soaking the entire bathroom and even into the hallway. I called the front desk, and someone came up, tried twisting it by hand, and said there was nothing he could do since they were fully booked. He adjusted it to spray at the ceiling instead and gave us extra towels, promising the room would be cleaned the next day. We came back around 9 PM and nothing had been cleaned. I went back to the lobby, and someone was sent to swap the towels and bedsheets—but the new sheets were stained and torn. I returned to the front desk again, and the employee handed me a single clean blanket and told me to fix it myself. That night, my guest and I had to sleep with just that one blanket layered over dirty sheets. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and was told by three different employees that they’d pass the message along. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. The service was unprofessional, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. You’re better off paying a little more and staying somewhere else. I would not recommend this place.

Asking me to leave after 2 days be saying my dog was too big that dog's been here several times I never got any toilet paper towels and the staff is just plain rude rude rude I'd go as far as say ignorant 😞

The screens were falling out of some of the windows, The room was not clean. There were crumbs on one of the beds. The toilet seat was broken, there was no place to hang a towel and the bathroom fan did not work. The floor had holes in the linoleum. There were people parked in the handicap spot at 3 am which woke me up due to being directly under the window.

DO NO STAY HERE

Room was nasty and so were housekeepers. Asked for old food from previous guest to be cleaned. They stated they didn’t speak English. No one spoke English when I was trying to get service. It was beyond nasty in the room it’s wasn’t cleaned or went back over before I got there. The pictures are wrong as well I had no fridge and no microwave. It was the worst stay ever. DISGUSTING. Horrible, close this place down fix it up replace some staff and call it a day. Hotels.com should be ashamed for allowing this location to be apart of them. Very disappointed customer service cut my stay short it was that bad. PLEASE, NO MATTER HOW TIRED YOU ARE CARE ABOUT WHERE YOU SLEEP!! I have way more pictures but they capped me at 20 please don't waste your money.

I had a reservation, said pet friendly, when i got there she said i needed a rabies certificate, What!!! This was not on the web site, not to mention this was at 1am in the wee hours arriving from Michigan. Ultimately we had to sleep in our car for the night!!!
