Had to switch rooms- bed sheets were damp- very uncomfortable. Housekeeping didn’t notice they made the bed with damp sheets?? Unacceptable.

Was not happy with this location!Requested to have room cleaned every day was there 5 days only 2 days my room was done !First 2 days continental breakfast coffee machine out of order hostess said unknown when repair man coming !!Not re booking this hotel on my next trip to Rhode Island as this was a big expense! Average At Best

The Hotels.com photographs are extremely inaccurate. The pool is hardly expensive and it sits directly on the parking lot which sits on a dilapidated Highway service road. The lobby is Spartan and the hallways and elevator were beat up. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, but the bed had sunken. Most of the outlets did not work, and the only light to the bathroom also illuminated the exterior bathroom designated area so everyone was awakened if anyone used the bathroom at night. Bare bones. They should clean the halls and elevator and spend a few extra dollars…..

Catfished. I was catfished. I do not believe the pictures are from this hotel. The La Quinta in the pictures look nice. Not in reality. Do you like sharing 1 bar of soap with the whole family? That’s all there was. Haven’t used bar soap in years. There were Two towels. Too bad we had three guests. I grabbed an extra from the pool. The pool that looked like it belonged in Cancun online, but in reality was just okay. Not recommended unless you are really in a pinch. A pinch like - using a fake name because you’re running from the law.

This hotel is an average hotel not an upper class. Paid too much for no more amenities than it had. Bugs and spiders made their appearance frequently in the room. This hotel was a place to sleep for one night and met our needs.
