The room was gross and dusty. Left over crumbs from the previous guest. No big towel only small. Pee stain on the bed and Blanket. This place is gross. I am a cleaner and I would NEVER LEAVE A FOOM LIKE THIS. HORRIBLE. ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE SHUTTLE DRIVER.

Stayed at the hotel last night due to snowstorm. I was planning on taking the hotel shuttle. When I got off at 4 AM to take the shuttle, the entrance to the hotel is not shuttles and had to walk through 4 to 5 inches of snow and he probably was not plowed at all and the shuttle cannot make it up the hill I had to go back around. Very unsafe conditions for your guests.

The photos make the hotel look beautiful when in reality it is disgusting. The television in the room had been smashed but when we told the front desk, the agent said we shouldn’t have been allowed into the room — like it was our fault! The breakfast is powdered eggs, packaged muffins, and weak coffee.

Floors were dirty, would not have put my feet on them. Hallway was dirty. One of the rooms didnt lock at all so anyone could have broken in...not to mention there was an active shooter 10 mins away. Had limited time from check in to be where we needed to be and waiting for the guy to get us a new room took an extra 25 mins. Front desk staff was nice but very soft spoken so i couldnt hear him anyway. The breakfast was great though, breakfast attendant very kind and inviting. Seems like some safety checks need to be done and some maintenance on window gaps, doors, etc. by the owner of this hotel.

Easy check-in friendly staff the bed was very comfortable and the pillows. It was very clean. I like that we had a shuttle for 4 AM shuttle driver was there early. I was surprised to see they had coffee that early. That was a plus for me. Because breakfast is at 6 AM. We left the car there for $30 for the whole week. I will be coming back soon and I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in staff was okay, a bit abrupt like he was at the end of a long and challenging day. Room was really rough. - paint chipping from the ceiling - stains on the door to the bathroom - mildew in the shower caulk - furnishings were woren - toilet had an internal leak and refilled every couple minutes - neighbors could be heard through the ceiling. On the up side, although I was next to the elevator, it wasn't heard. Clerk at checkout reminded me of 50's dinner grumpy waitress.

Room was fine, but bathroom needs updating. There was mildew on the ceiling and bathtub. Bathroom exhaust fan wasn't functional. The front desk clerks weren't too inviting. I probably wouldn't stay at this location again.
