I had a comfortable stay. Sofia was an excellent employee who not only tidied my room but retrieved a luggage cart for me and assisted me with my luggage. Excellent service. The staff is well trained and sincerely care about people.

The beds were so comfortable, and the sheets, so soft and luxurious. We slept like angels. The breakfast was good and the staff during breakfast service hours was very attentive and polite. May I also add that this hotel was very kid friendly for our family.

I’m submitting this review because it is necessary. I will admit that after I contacted hotel staff about my flight delays, they were kind enough to check me into my room; so, I’d have a place to rest when I arrived; super grateful for that! However, upon arrival to my room, I noticed there was a stick with what appeared to be a squeegee, at first I thought nothing about it. But, after taking a shower, I learned why it was there. My shower flooded! I was as showering in standing water! I immediately contacted the front desk staff and spoke with Stacey, who then informed me that she’d make some adjustments and compensate me for the trouble I had. Additionally, the next morning when my Uber driver came to pick me up; he notified me that there is a problem with drugs and prostitution in the area and I should pick another place to stay when I visit the area. I should have known something was up, when a few hours before when my other Uber driver dropped me off, he didn’t even wait until I walked through the hotel lobby doors, before he left. Please be mindful when you’re staying at this particular location.
