Sheets had stains, carpet was stained, ordered a king room and got two queens. They said this is because I did an early check in but I asked and got confirmation in advance if I could check in early no one informed me I would be getting a whole other room. The attitude I received was not only uncalled for but unprofessional me and my friends were in town for a wedding and only stayed one night but agreed we would not be returning ever again. The only way you will enjoy this place is if you get lucky and have a clean room otherwise everything else was fine. Not the worst but not what I paid for either

3rd stay here. The hotel checks all the boxes. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s right next to the airport. Also the breakfast is excellent. I will continue to stay there in the future when I travel to Rhode Island.

Upon check-in, we found we had a problem with our reservation. They were quickly able to resolve the issue and provided a reasonable rate for the additional days. Also, we never encountered any disturbances being right next to the airport!
