This hotel is as basic as you can get. The queen size bed was pretty comfortable; sheets were very very thin but clean and soft, as were the pillows. The bedside lampshades were all bent. The bathroom had a stall shower with a lip less than two inches high. It really should have had a door on it but it only had a shower curtain, so, water on the floor. The walls in the bathroom were horribly covered with cement and then just painted a drab grey; no tiles. The sink was the tiniest rectangular sink I’ve ever seen. And it was loose on the wall and leaning forward, so anything you put on the 3 inch wide top around the sink, would just slide down into the sink. It needs serious renovation. Our room was on the ground floor, and the huge white florescent sign shown into our window. There was an old heavy curtain that kept out most of the light. And the parking area was right at the edge of the highway so I was afraid if there was an accident there, they could’ve slammed into our car. They do have a little coffee machine in the room, but no coffee anywhere else. The clock radio didn’t work and the button to change the time had paint on it so you couldn’t change it. I unplugged it but it should be discarded. And there was a decent television, but you had to turn it on and off from the back, then change the stations with the remote. It was an inexpensive hotel, but they really need to send a little money on it. If I do try it again, I will ask for a room in the back.

When booking online, I intentionally was searching for a hotel that allows pets. Upon arrival, the establishment had about 5 papers taped on the wall stating no pets allowed or penalized a $250 fee. When I asked why the information hasn't been updated, the gentleman stated that they're under new management and that change is new within the last 3 months. I thought that was plenty of time to have updated that information across platforms but what do I know. Because it was after 4:00 PM and booked through Expedia, I could not cancel without losing my money, so I made other arrangements for my dog and stayed the weekend. Although hotel was recently "renovated", there were several issues within my room. The shower water did not come out correctly, leaving you to stand basically up on the wall to get water on your body. The bathroom door kept getting stuck closed. Dirty linen on bed and in bathroom. Although I asked for a non-smoking room, there was a burn hole in one of the sheets on the bed. Very gross! Towels were nicely folded in bathroom but once unfolded you realize that they weren't properly washed. A lot of activity going on outside the rooms. Housekeeping does not speak English or pretended not to. I needed to use my translator on my phone to communicate that my bed and towels were dirty. Housekeeper still looked to be confused. I've stayed in many hotels, in many states and countries and this was by far the worst! I will not be returning ever.

Room Met Our Needs

Was good, as expected, for the price. On plus side, the bathroom was larger than expected. It was clean and adequately supplied. On the minus side, the shower head kept dripping after water was turned off. Also a small repair on a wall neeeded to be repainted. Only other problem was that the mattress coils squeaked. But check in and check out went smoothly and quickly.

The place was fine. I wanted an economy room and that's what I got. The TV remote didn't work, but I wasn't there to watch TV so not a big deal.

The location is great! It is very close to a nice shopping and dining area. However, the actually hotel was average. My room was pretty updated, but you can tell it had not been properly cleaned. The sinks had water spots, some of the towels had stains, but the bed was pretty clean.

It was deceiving. In the front it looks really nice, but in the back where our room was did not look nice at all. I did not realize i booked a smoking room and it smelled like an ash trade. I had to get fabreeze and it help a little. It smelled really bad.

My stay was disrupted by several incidents. Employees were speaking loudly in the parking lot in a foreign language. Despite our "Do Not Disturb" sign, one of them knocked very forcefully on our door, abruptly waking me up. I also noticed rodents in the parking lot during the night. The price was reasonable, but these inconveniences unfortunately affected my experience. I would appreciate if the establishment could address these issues to improve comfort for future guests.
