Drawers were difficult to open and bathroom door would stick and not open easily. Toilet was low and hard to get up and down for a handicap room. Counter was small and blinds didnt close all the way. Handicap room was long walk from elevator. Was not notified there was a restaurant on property.

The only problem was the parkiing. It isn't parking and there was only 1 person working when we checked in. There were 9 vehicles in line to be parked in the check-in lanes. It took a while.

Check in was complicated. Valet parking takes forever to get your vehicle, felt like I didn’t have access even just to get something out of my car. Meal was supposed to be included, they charged me separately for it. The area around is convenient for some shopping and dining and I was able to get DoorDash but the hotel itself everything seemed complicated, took a long time and was overpriced. Wouldn’t stay here again.
