The breakfast was good. The cheak in was to live in enfomomy as something i never want to live throught that the next night i stayed next door at the super 8 for 1/3 the cost and a 5 min cheak in vs 1 hour the night before

New front desk trainee was overwhelmed and not well-supported during check-in. At 6pm there was a long line of people trying to check in and rooms had not been inspected, so the other desk person had to run around doing that when she came back from break. Not very professional!

Good place for the money

The hotel was a bit understaffed, I was locked out of the room (key failure) and it took a good many minutes for the *one* person assigned to the front desk to get back. I don't blame this one person; it is the responsibility of the management to make sure that enough people are working to have someone is at the front desk at all times

They would send text everyday about the restaurant and bar, but never bothered to text that the pool would be closed the entire week that we stayed.

I would still go back..

The stay was fine but I had a hurt foot (front desk didn't know) and I couldn't find the elevators to get to my room so I had to do quite a bit of walking. Also, there was quite a bit of construction (holes in the ceiling and pool closure). None of this scars a place for life, renovations need to happen.
