it was clean, quiet, spacious. It was especially nice that a special area for smokers had been provided (my husband is a smoker). All the employees were very helpful and pleasant, especially Maria. Improvement in the lighting would be our main suggestion for changes. Having a frig and microwave was a perk. The exterior appearance was quite pretty. Parking was great.

It is a nice property, staff is friendly. It’s definitely older. Rooms still use a regular key. I found the dead bolt hard to lock. Air conditioner on the wall under the window. The drapes cover it so you have to move them to get the air to circulate. It’s a quiet area. I just did not feel as safe as I should of mostly because of the door not automatically locking and having to use a regular key to lock and unlock the door and to have to push so hard to get the dead bolt to latch

We were so happy to find something 5 minutes from family we were visiting, but that was quickly dampened. The deck in front of unit 28 was dangerous to walk across and our room had a horrible smell. We killed a cockroach right outside our door and ants were constantly coming in through the cracks in the walls and floor. Luckily, we had sanitary wipes, and after wiping all the shelves and flat surfaces, the smell went away, but we were awakened, early, because the blinds did not block out light. There weren't any privacy curtains, so we couldn't leave the blackout curtains open to let in the light but prevent people from looking inside our room. We will not be returning or referring anyone to stay here.

Horrible mattress

The motel is fine. Old but updated. Nice pool. Nice shower. Hard floors. You could hear people running on the 2nd floor above you into the night. We had two beds. The mattress is most important. Both were terrible and needed replaced. Horrible nights sleep, not much.

I will only stay at the kitchenettes. The rest of rooms are a dump. The mattresses were so hard though I couldn't sleep and needed a blanket. If I had thought of it earlier I would have bought an egg carton for me to sleep on. It was that hard. Won't stay in future.
