Responsive staff

Check in was super easy. When i called that the AC unit wouldnt turn on maintenance showed up and got it going right away. I think the unit may need more work as it didnt seem to keep the room cool enough and shared my thoughts with staff. They were very grateful for my feedback.

Hotel needs renovations. We booked last minute so only affordable hotel. Since last minute we ended up with a smoking room and the smell was awful. Rooms are run down. Staff tried best to help us. They put a filter in room but could only help so much. Staff attentive and lady who worked front desk super friendly and came right away when requested extra towels and batteries for remote.

Daughter's needed a place close to the hospital the wife was in icu after surgery they had to clean the shower with bleach to use it , then mais service came in the only thing they did was take out the trash no clean sheets or towels were left they had to go to the front desk to ask for towels , don't be fooled by the pictures on the website what you see is not what you get

Worst Hotel Experience

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked a non smoking room. At check in they said the non smoking rooms are on first come basis. The room smelled horrible. The ac unit didn't work. They told me at the front desk to open the window and door so it'll air out. I tried to change hotels but it was a holiday weekend and there were not availability anywhere else. An absolutely horrific experience. Do not stay here unless you have no other options.
