No room service for a 6 night stay 😠

Our trip kept us in the area and hotel for 6 nights. During this period, our room was not attended to at all. On the 4th morning I went to the hotel desk and asked we have room service that day. I noted we put all our dirty towels on the bathroom floor and we left for the day. The clerk said, oh they will be around. Great! When we arrived back to the hotel at 9pm, our room had not been attended to, beds were not made, trash cans still full and our towels were all still on the bathroom floor. I went to the check in desk and they gave me clean towels, not something I wanted to do at 9:00pm. Placed all the dirty towels in a bag & placed them in the hall.

So the room that I reserved was a king size and I get there and have to settle for a double, so the beds are much smaller. Soon as we start to shower (moldy shower head) the water builds up over our ankles and I had to use a plunger to plung the water out the tub which was very disgusting with dead insects coming afloat while doing so. We will NEVER visit this property or any property of Choice. Thanks but no thanks!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disappointing

The pictures were deceiving. The hotel smelled like they were using cleaners to cover up like a mold smell. The elevator didn’t work when we first got there. Then went into the room and found stains on the curtains that looked like blood, stain on the bed. We were so disgusted we didn’t even stay. We literally just checked out and drove home. Not to mention the neighborhood and surrounding area was not the best and felt unsafe.

The first room I was in the toilet hadn't been clean in a long time. I asked to have it clean while I went out when I returned it was not clean. The next person just moved me. The second room sink was clogged I was tried by then so I just stayed. The best thing was the lady who works for the breakfast she is the best. Propery needs updating.

The first room smelled of overpowering bleach so we switched. The second room was okay but flooded in the middle of the night and we had to switch rooms. The third room just wasn't clean at all.
