Everything met our needs and exceeded expectations. Friendly and attentive staff across all shifts, easy access to everything we needed, very clean and quiet, and accommodations were perfect for us. I wish we had this every time we went away!

Courteous staff. Location is perfect. Close to downtown Portsmouth, nearby shopping plazas and right off the highway. Free breakfast was a plus, room was spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette!

The room was spacious. The breakfast was great. They had everything but a waffle maker. The pool was smaller than expected. 15 people max at a time. The only thing that I didn’t love was how paper thin the walls were. You could hear other guests very easily.

The heating and cooling system was frustrating. It was hard to get it to the right temperature. Either it was too warm or it was blasting very cold air. There wasn't a way to have it blow cool air gently. Thus I was either too cold or too warm.
