The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Gave us great recommendations for local places to eat which turned out to be fabulous meals. The pool and hot tub were fantastic after hours in the car. The room was good sized, clean and comes with a microwave and refrigerator..nothing else was needed. We will be back!

The gentleman working the front desk when checking in was awesome and very accommodating to my need for extra pillows due to a recent surgery, very happy and friendly...the room was extremely clean and the bathroom to. It was quiet especially for the beach. The only thing that was a turn off was the very quiet, grumpy individual who was at the desk in the early morning 430-5am with absolutely no personality or friendliness when going out across the street for breakfast and returning to the room. But that didn't diminish my positive experience with this small quaint hotel. I will definitely be booking another stay there when returning to Hampton Beach, New Hampshire

Decent room-slooooow check in

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and room was very clean. The only issue was the gentleman checking us in. He was extremely slow, too chatty, wasting time with the couple that checked in before us. Got very confused about us having 2 rooms reserved for 2 couples. It was very frustating. But the room was great!

Don’t let the exterior fool you. True case of don’t judge a book by its cover. Doesn’t look like much, but staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Was very quiet which I like!

ROOM WAS DINGY. 19" TV IN A SUITE? NO PICTURES...NOTHING ....ROOM DARKENING SHADES NOT VERY DARK. AC UNIT KEPT TURNING OFF AND ON ALL NIGHT LONG.
