The front desk clerk was very easy to talk with and made us feel welcomed. She did everything right to make the check in easy. The breakfast women was helpful to us, too. Great personality and truly wanted us to have a good meal

This is my go to spot when spending a night in Portland, but this time around was off… the room had a smell, the toiletries were empty and when I went to the front desk to get what I needed they didn’t have any and had to source from the neighboring hotel. My toilet stopped working around midnight. Breakfast was extra light than normal.

Overall, very good. The lobby and room were clean. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very quiet for being so close to a major airport. Downside, the pool was at the property next door so we had to bundle into our winter gear and walk next door then change in that hotel's bathroom.

Room was fine. It wasn’t in the airport compound as it seemed to indicate on line. There was no food service at the hotel, so you have to walk a block or so to find something. I wasn’t impressed overall.
