Check in was wonderful, very polite and friendly. We overslept as we had no children or dogs to mar our sleep, so made it to breakfast ten minutes before closing. We were met with a rude breakfast clerk with "Make it quick", my daughter had a bagel in the toaster just to have it unplugged on her. Not a great start to what was a stressful weekend, but overall, not bad.

For what we paid, we could’ve had so much more. The room was very small and the mattress was hard as a rock. The lobby was dirty. The room was clean but small. Not worth the money.

Nice and clean hotel with ample parking and great breakfast with pancakes. No microwave in the room so you have to travel to the lobby to warm your food. Fridge in room, nice beds and spacious bathrooms. Not too far from the beaches we visited.

Don’t count on breskfast

Almost everything was unavailable for breakfast. The yogurt machine was out, the pancake machine didn’t work. I wasn’t about to eat the omelet things because of the peppers in it. Needless to say, breakfast was a bummer.

As far as the property and room is concerned, everything was clean and in order. HOWEVER, be very very aware that if you leave anything of value behind you will never see it again even when they admit to having it in hand! I have a text proving my sisters phone was found within minutes of my call to them and I am on week 2 of getting the run around for getting it back. They keep telling me the manager will call me and nothing. I am preparing to file a theft report at this point. Guest services has informed me they cannot get involved so they’re useless in the dispute. After posting this review I was FINALLY able to contact front desk and the person returned my call with an attempt to return the phone. I had to threaten police action. Personally, would not stay here again.
