It's in a prime location and convenient parking. However, the hotel is a bit dated and could use some cosmetic repairs.

Our only disappointment with the hotel was that the reservations were for an ocean view room but instead we overlooked the parking lot. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and included a parking which is definitely needed. The Kennebunk area is very busy and in town driving could be hectic. Reservations for dinning and probably anything else should be done in advance.

Staff is disinterested and entitled. No actual Beach at the beach house. Beautiful view/Rocky Shoreline, but no beach. No restaurants or other amenities in walking distance. No place to get any food. The beach house doesn’t even serve muffins/or even the most minimal continental breakfast. The coffee and tea isn’t bad. For $500 a night I think it’s a bit of a rip off.

Lovely stay in Maine at The Beach House Inn! Staff and accommodations were wonderful. Great location with very short walk to beach and beautiful view of the amazing coastline from porch and yard. Convenient to dining/shopping.

This property is truly lovely. We were able to sit in our room or on the patio and watch the ocean. It's quiet and comfortable and a short walk from the beach. However, it's not within walking distance of amenities which is it's only drawback. Despite that, we're already planning to go back!
