Weather wasn't good. Not much they can do about that. Concerned about the physical security given there are keys and no dead bolts or privacy latches. Parking is pretty difficult.

Our room was very outdated compared to others they had listed, it was doable though. Only major issue was the floor was disgusting. Covered in dust, dirt and food from previous guests stuck to the floor. Location was great a quick walk to the beach and down to the pier and have 4 pools guest can use since the one directly behind us was always closed. Would book again but make sure to stay at another location they have.

Great stay

I went for a little getaway with my fiance and it was one of the best trips we have had! We had poolside king was close to pools and not even a minute walk to the beach. It felt like a dream! Loved every second of it. Bed was big and cozy and pillows where nice too

The area was great! Lots to walk to and great seafood. It was cool you could use any one of the 4 pools at the close by hotels. Super easy check in and out. Clean rooms, good water pressue in the shower. Small kitchenette was ideal!

Had to stay up till 12:30am waiting for a defective smoke detector to be replaced. Response was timely after the failure at about 11pm and staff was courteous, professional and responsive, but the situation was disruptive to a 3 night stay.

Booked a Father’s Day weekend getaway in the panoramic suite, had to check in other hotel no service here, that’s fine. But our hotel had no security at all the room was nice but not what I expected, was told had a place sit outside room, yes we got ocean view which was nice but you get all the noise of all the guests till 1 in the morning, not worth the price plus no WiFi or hot water in the shower. We couldn’t even swim in the outdoor pool it was way over crowded for a small pool 40 or more people. Overall was a great trip as we venture out, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again

The room we stayed in for this property was very old and not really updated. The bed was not.particularly.comfortable, the sheets were old, the plugs for electronics were inconvenient and few, the internet didnt work well, the pool was old and dirty and checkout was at 10 am...very inconvenient. We wouldnt stay there again and were glad we only had one night there. It was close to the beach and in a very walkable location in Old Orchard Beach.

Loved the location. Security and maintenance were both extremely nice and helpful. Helped us on #1 and #2 1. Given a room next to 2 other rooms freshly painted. Security moved us to a different room. 2. Air conditioner in second room was not working. Maintenance replaced it right away and made sure it was in working order 3. Floors were very sandy from previous guests. 4. Internet was non existent. Only worked in the lobby. Mentioned it twice and never was resolved. 5. Beds uncomfortable 6. Day of checkout at 9:30 we were still in the room, when housekeeping came in without knocking. 7. One of the checkout males was a little rude when I stated again about the Internet issues.
