This was our first time staying at KCC. The home was decorated beautifully for the holiday season. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff from check-In to check-out were so nice and welcoming. A special thank you to Donna who was so lovely. We had an amazing breakfast every morning! Thank you all! We will definitely be back.

This was my third stay, and it definitely fell short of expectations this time. I had booked a beautiful queen room in the Jefferds House, which is the house I’ve stayed in previously and loved. The renovation is stunning. On the morning of my arrival, I received a call from reception asking if they could upgrade me to a king suite in the main house instead due to “weather”. So I arrived and it turns out they just wanted to move everyone to one property, no weather. The main house is very dark, and frankly depressing. Towels seemed very shabby, just overall not a wonderful experience like previous visits. I would stay again, but insist on the Jefferds House or bust.
