The front desk attendants were very very rude. My partner and I had the tiniest of an argument where there was maybe for a half a second where there was anyone being loud. The front desk clerk came up to the room and asked if everything is okay, my partner opened the door and said yes and we are sorry and it was a dumb little argument. That was that. No more noise, no more arguing nothing. 15 mins later, two police officers show up at the door and basically say that the front desk person said she saw a “black eye”. The cops came and after 1 second could tell that there was no marks anywhere. My partner and I have never once been physical with each other or anything of that nature. To put the cherry on top, prescription meds went missing during my stay. The food area down stairs was completely empty when I arrived there were some Cheetos and Diet Coke that’s it

The hotel was incredibly clean and staff was courteous and eager to help. Breakfast was good with a lot of options—- more than a continental breakfast for sure. Comfy beds. Hot shower. Climate control was good. Accommodations were better than expected. The only room for improvement is access. It was difficult to see getting in and out of the parking lot. Although the shops are walking distance it was difficult because you had to walk in the parking lot where visibility is an issue. These were mild inconveniences for those with certain mobility issues. We would stay again.

It was ok

Front desk was helpful in that they moved us to rooms that were next door to each other. But rooms were dark, as were the hallways. Pullout coaches didn’t have any linens and mattresses were stained. Breakfast was good. Pool was fine but there was no hot tub (apparently one was advertised). We were traveling to several other locations and stayed at other hotels along the way and this just didn’t hit the same level as the other hotels (both hyatts)

Overall, our stay was good. They had us wait until after 4pm to check in as rooms were not ready. The pool was ice cold. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. TV kept disconnecting, which our toddler did not approve of. Would stay again if in a pinch but will likely look elsewhere next time!
