staff nasty during check in and difficult to understand. online reservation paid using virtual card so unable to present at check in. presented ID but still would not accept that. Room small, no exhaust fan in bathroom

Love the property, just wish the bathroom was updated. Room was updated, bathroom was not. Like the pool area and the staff is friendly and helpful. I really like the beach access across the street.

The property is on the market for sale. It was in need of complete renovations! The only POSITIVE was the STAFF! They were the most kind & considerate family . I would recommend REMOVING THIS PROPERTY FROM YOUR LISTING! THANK YOU.
