Please close down if you’re not going to provide people what they’re paying for!! Rooms are nasty!!! NASTY AND FILTHY. DINGY AND DIRTY. Nothing works. There was a crack in the bathroom floor near the toilet! When I moved the couch in the room there was cigarettes butts under the couch with dirt. Called front desk told them about and the person working the desk said I 100% believe you. My husband went to tell the front desk in person she said she would send a cleaning crew they never came! Please save y’all coins and don’t stay here!! Sauna doesn’t work! We came for all the amenities there was none. We ate at mount airy casino for the entire time we were there! Who ever is running this place should be ashamed. My husband was upset because swiftwater hotel was right down the road and that’s were we should have went!! The only thing update in this filthy place was the showers that’s all. Y’all can’t make it right unless you’re giving back our money.

I enjoyed the place and the restaurant, but the only thing I didn't like was that the Garden of Eden Apple's room doesn't have any windows. Overall, the place is good, and the staff are very friendly.

I am totally disappointed to have paid 840 dollars for 2 nights for this place. The first night there was no hot water, we called the concierge and they sent us a person, he said that the water should be in 1 hour which was never true. The sink was completely blocked, it could not be used, the mattress cover with noticeable blood stains. I'm very sorry for my girlfriend who was quite excited about this place and it was a real disaster. We will never come back here!

The staff were very sweet and attentive. The rooms were beautiful although I do wish the room was a little more updated but it has that cozy feeling. There is a lot of fun activities to do and breakfast was great. I would definitely book another trip.

The property and room are run down Not a resort experience at all. Service was also lacking. Asked for an ice bucket for room. No. Offered a bag to put ice in. Planned activities presumably available, but saw none going on. Restaurant food was good and Staff helpful
