The motel is easy access from the highway and fairly close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed here for close access to the Dartmouth Coach bus terminal (about 5 minute-8 minute drive). The simple buffet breakfast was nice to have available.

The room smelled unsanitary of mildew, and mustiness. Sheets and towels were clean but only received housekeeping on day 2 of a 6 day stay. Had to take out my own trash each day. The carpets and upholstered chair were stained from previous guests accidents, the carpet being well past it's service life. The mini fridge, microwave and tv worked fine. The room was acceptable for a nights sleep and morning shower which is all I needed as I was gone from 6 AM to 8 PM each day.

Ants and Miscreants – Avoid At All Costs

An ant infestation of dog food forced me and my dog to leave within hours of arrival. The staff were nice enough but didn’t have the kind of urgency I’d expect in this situation. I was refunded, though assured by the cleaning staff that they “didn’t see any ants all day.”The property in general is incredibly run down and riddled with suspicious activity. My prior stay here was no better – I was harassed by a severely intoxicated person as I was checking out and he even stumbled into the room as I was loading my truck. He was a known entity. How this place still operates is beyond me. Avoid this place at all costs.
