I only stayed overnight and lwft very early the next morning as I had a test scheduled at the hospital. That being said I basically checked into my room srayed there and left. I didnt get to take advantage of the continental breakfast or anything like that so i have no idea how it was.

Stayed here overnight for an event and it was easy to find, parking was good and dining options were plentiful within 15 minutes. 24/7 coffee/tea/cocoa was nice and the breakfast was good.

Yes, we were unfortunately not very happy with the room. There are blood stains all over the pillowcase and they were blood stains all over the top cover. We went to the receptionist and asked if they could please be changed. She of course, did accommodate the pillowcase but not the bedspread.

It is very quiet, the front desk is friendly, we love the complimentary breakfast, and coffee and cookies in the lobby. We have been staying here for years, The Best Western is so much better now. We like having the fridge as we head down to Maine with cold items.

everything seemed to be ok, except there was no bathtub....It was a stand up shower! I like to take baths and this wasnt an option here which was quite disappointing for me! Also as far as the breakfast and such I did not go to it as I was only here briefly just to sleep. I had a doctors appointment the day before and more tests the day after early morning which I had to fast for! So basically I was in and out! For what I needed it was perfect!

When we went to check in they did not have any King beds left, like we had reserved. they weren't going to do anything about it at first, but I kept pressing nicely that that is what I reserved and paid for. The hotel is mostly filled with workers, so in the end (after a while of back and forth) she moved a worker to another room and we got their King room.

Although, everything is is exactly what you would expect from a Best Western. They have comfortable and clean rooms and the staff are friendly and professional. Nothing special here but they do offer a free complete breakfast. The area is truly beautiful especially Hanover and the Lake Sunapee area. Lots for great dining options in the area and multiple cultural opportunities and of course nature.

The elevator had not been cleaned during the time I was there. My belongings smelled of cigarette smoke when I left despite it being nonsmoking. Staff was friendly and helpful
