The hotel smelled so bad and our room was so dirty. The carpets were stained and stunk. The whole building stunk like weed. i smoke but we went outside to smoke. i won’t book again. The hotel is run down and definitely has outdated equipment, that you can smell.

The first day was no hot water , the bed was dirty we had to spray it down if disenfection spray , it took over 20 minutes for someone to show up in the help desk when we first came in . The eggs was not done properly not even salt added , the ice machines the first couple of days were out of service , there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms .

The hotel room was huge and very clean and nice. The pool was huge and clean as well. Most of the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good.

Bed was very comfortable. I knew it would be outdated but this was the only available hotel for the busy holiday weekend. Biggest issue was the smoke. It smelled like cigarettes the whole time! We had to douse the room with perfume.

Came in at 2:30 and were immediately “shooed” away and told we have no rooms ready until 3. Came back at 3:00 and room was not ready. At 3:30 the room situation was resolved. Unfortunately the rooms were quite dirty. Stains on carpet and giant stain on pull out couch mattress.

Good room at a decent price

This hotel seemed to be short-staffed the evening we arrived. There was another guest waiting to check i and there was no one around. He was calling the hotel to try to get someone's attention. She finally appeared and said she was alone on her shift. The room itself did not have a USB outlet to charge a cellphone/ It also lacked a digital clock. I enjoyed the waffle at breakfast, which I had with turkey sausage. The coffee maker was broken! The manager went next door to a Dunkin and bought coffee, but just purchased regular coffee, no decaf. So I went without.

Needs updated and could use a deep cleaning. Or even a vacuum in the second floor hallway. Pool also needs cleaned. You have to request new towels and beds made if staying more than one night - they don’t just bring them. 2nd floor ice machine was out of order.

This hotel has reached the end of its life. Carpets are really old and dirty, room smelled of old air conditioner. Without a remodel this hotel should be a hard no on anyone’s list. Breakfast staff worked hard to at least perk people up a bit with the offerings.

the hotel was horrible. Room smelled, flys in the room, elevators not only did not work, but when you had to take stairs to the second floor, you then had to go down stairs again to get to your room. Place was old, dirty, ice machines did not work and customer service was non existent. Would never stay there or any other quality inn ever again. Expecially since they charged us top dollar for a one night stay - $279.00 was ridiculous. HORRIBLE

Disappointed

Hotel was dirty, rooms dirty. Missing tv remote. Elevator broken. Staff not friendly. The hotel needs a good cleaning, painting and lots of upgrading. Will not be booking this one again.
