Pubic hair on sofa bed - they refused to send help

Beware families or anyone with 4 people. We booked one night and knew our kids would need to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. No problem, we’ve done that before. The problem was when I went to pull out the bed it was filthy. The bed was covered in crumbs, popcorn and hair… yes, including what looked like a pubic hair. I contacted the front desk and they said sorry and I could come downstairs (actually across the enormous resort) and grab some new sheets. Couldn’t someone come up and just fix it I asked? “No, there isn’t anyone from housekeeping on staff right now. And honestly, they wouldn’t come up unless we were staying the full week.” The bare minimum you expect of a place is a clean bed and they couldn’t even provide that. Also, I think think someone pooped in the pool earlier. I was told the pool was going to be closed “one hour” due to an “incident.” Of course hours later and I think the next morning was still closed leaving my kids crushed and me sleeping on the pubes sofa bed

I have stayed here before and will again! Convenient, staff was hospitable, clean. Luggage carts were readily availablethis time. Reasonable rates! Love that there is a full size kitchen and laundry room available.

The occupants directly above us was so loud, noisy, kids running, we were not able to sleep until 1am. The room has a peculiar smell, which was not pleasant, maybe the rugs should be replaced. The staff were very helpful though

Property was pretty. We wish the hot tub was in another location and did not have sand in it. Additionally our check in person was extremely rushed and we were informed of various hotel amenities (Wi-Fi passcode, location of room besides floor number). We’re very seasoned travelers so are used to a bit more customer service. Not a deal breaker- just noticeable.

Not bad, and a good price

Decor was outdated. The pullout couch was very noisy and uncomfortable when using it as a couch, almost like it was made of plastic. The price was pretty decent, though, for a suite with a kitchenette that had all the dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. Didn't get a chance to try out the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice.

The pool was closed for maintenance. The sister property was 30 mins away they said we could go there. Room was clean but water damage could be seen in the bathroom and there was damage visible in the room.

Great family time

We had a great time at the hotel. My sons and I loved spending time in the pool and the hot tub. The bedroom was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was ample and clean.
