Cottage was very clean and we even got wood for the fireplace. Many things to do, including zip-lining, trekking, rental bikes, walk around the lake,, etc. The "Fantasy in Lights" was beautiful, definitively worth it!

Your 4 o’clock check is too late. It being that late you have too many people trying to come in at one time. Your check in hours need to be longer to decrease the amount of people trying to come into your facility at one time. It’s not the employees fault. You have so many people coming in. They have so many questions that just takes up so much time. If the process would start early in the day, I believe it would cut down on the hectic check-in. Other than that, our stay was very good!👍

The cottage was very clean on the inside. The outside could use renovating. Brian in Cason's Tap House was fantastic as usual. His food, drink and dessert selections were right on point and his honest opinions were appreciated. He is very friendly and made great suggestions for activities to partake in. The young lady at check in was fast and incredibly friendly. She answered all of our questions and also made great suggestions for activities. I highly recommend seeing the holiday lights and visiting the spa. The massage therapists are wonderful and the salt room is very relaxing. The locker rooms have all the supplies to give yourself a complete facial.
