Twin Mountain was honestly the best stay I can ever remember. The staff was super friendly. The room was absolutely fantastic and I would only ever stay there again! This place is affordable, safe, clean and comfortable!

The stay we had at this property was outstanding! Very clean, had a beautiful pool on the outside that we used. The property had a balcony that had the view of a beautiful river and was very close to the mountains and strip on pigeon forge! Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area and would book again when we come back!

We have stayed at this property a number of times and find the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, and the breakfast offers a nice selection of choices for everyone. Additionally, they are pet friendly and make it easy to travel with our small dog when needed.

This was a really nice place to stay. The location was great. It was close to the action but on River Rd so off the main so nice and quiet. Our check-in was nice as we mentioned it was my son’s birthday and the desk clerk left for a moment and came back with a silver gift box filled with Hershey Kisses. We thought that was very kind. We had a balcony overlooking the river which was nice for a relaxing seat. We were pretty close to everything we went to - I think the farthest drive was about 20 minutes and we did a lot. If you are looking for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge I highly recommend it.

This was our second time staying here and we would again! They were super understanding when we made a mistake booking our room and made it possible for it to be fixed even though we booked through Expedia. Clean, convenient, great water pressure, and comfy beds! Our neighbors the first few nights were not very considerate of others late at night but that isn’t the properties fault. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

Family vacation

Our stay was excellent. The room is spacious and clean, breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable and the property was well maintained. The property is close to everything and is in a quiet area and the rooms face the river. We will stay here again in the future.

Loved the rooms, and most of the rooms were updated. Really enjoyed the views and the helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, though could use more seating as the dining section was small. Overall really enjoyed my stay!
