If you’re under 21 and need somewhere to stay in Pigeon Forge, this is the best deal. No bugs, no obnoxiously loud attraction across the street, and no bear roaming the parking lot. Great quality for a low price.

Kids running in the hallway around midnight. Hotel needs a quiet time. Not enough closet space with iron & ironing board in there. The shower is very dangerous! You must be in the shower to turn on the faucet which can lead to scalding a person. The bathroom is also extremely small. The lighting around the sink is way too low. Actually, not enough lighting in room as a whole. Need a full length mirror in the room. Probably will not stay here again. However, I think it’s probably good for families with the amenities it has.

Terrible odor

He is not at all as described in the website. It had a horrible odor and we had to leave and find an alternate place to stay. They would only give us our money back per day two and three per day. We never stayed so I don’t have any other information.
