Key was old and stuck in the door. No steps just ramps. Shower changed hot to cold repeatedly and tub would not drain. Bed was old and hard and large blood stain on the mattress. Afraid to sit on chairs. Could hear everything outside-road noise and music blaring. The only good things were the ac and the tv.

No frills, just right

Could NOT beat the price or the convenient close proximity to the LeConte Center for an entire seven-day stay for a busy convention week. The property does have some wear and tear but the bed was comfortable, the shower and toilet worked, and even though the back of my room was right next to the fun park next door, the noise never bothered me while trying to rest. I will absolutely look into this place for my next trip to town!

This place is very budget friendly, which is awesome! But you absolitely get what you pay for. The comfortor was stained, the pillows are thin, the bathroom smelled faintly of old pee, and the lingering aroma of years of smoking still permeate the rooms. Its also located right next to Ripley's Fun Park, which is extremely loud with go-carts allllll day. Thankfully, the fun park closes at 9, so you can at least get a decent nights sleep. The location is excellent in terms of being close to lots of interesting things.

Bed bugs!!! Woke up both nights with welts and a terrible itch. Toilet paper stuffed in holes in the ceilings. Moldy shower curtain. Pool has not been updated in 100 years. No tissues. Half a roll of toilet paper. The list goes on and on. Didn’t bother complaining. Will not be back.

Roaches and no toilet tissue

There was no toilet tissue in the room when arrived. One of the towels looked like it had not been washed, literally had something that resembles either snot or somwthing to that nature stuck to it. There was a roach in the sink area. Overall the best thing was location and price but even the price wasn't work the nastiness

Barely worth what I paid.

The gal at check in was efficient but not very friendly or helpful. There was no one around when I checked out to inform them of all the issues. The light switch by the front door of the room did nothing. I had to walk in the dark to find the bedside lamps to turn on. There were no other lights in the spacious room, so couldn't work at the table. The carpet needed cleaning and the tile floor in the sink area was filthy - needed a good scrubbing, not just a quick mop. There was no stopper/filter in the sink so there was junk stuck down in there. No tissues. At least the bed was pretty comfortable and the sheets and towels were nice and clean. The bath mat was either dirty or stained. I wasn't told there was a back door which would've been easier to load in in the rain. Needs a lot of work! Nice water pressure and hot water and toilet and bathtub were very clean, but there was litter on the floor.

Didn't get to stay long my dad had a heartache and had to go right after we got the room at first they said no refund then i talk to them and they did refund all the money . We stay there everytime we go about 5 time a year. Love the hotel . And most of the staff are great.

This motel was a good place to stay. The pool and area around it was very clean. The staff was not friendly, there was no room service so you had to go to the office every day to get towels and supplies. The area around it was a store on one side and a go cart track on the other. We stayed on the go cart side but was not bothered by any noise. The staff did not bother you at all. Overall, with a few repairs and some upgrades, this motel would be great! I would stay again.
