Great place for our short family trip. My kids loved the pool. It was clean, staff were friendly and the best part was check out is not until 11. Will stay again. Great location.

No handicapped parking for handicapped room

My "handicapped" room did not have accessible parking, requiring me to lift my belongings onto a high curb. When I questioned the parking, I was told that was my only option.

Privacy Issue

First thing when we walked in we could hear the kids in the room connected behind us where the sink is. It was so clear we could understand every word they said. Found that it was coming through the vent on the upper right corner of the wall by the sink. I placed a washcloth and the tray in the room and with some tape placed it over the vent for privacy. I noticed as I was doing this that someone can actually have access into the next room using a telescopic mirror to view into that room. Did not like that one bit!!! Don't know if all the rooms are like this but be aware.

We had a great stay, staff was very kind and helpful...learning to get around the property was a little challenging but picked it up. The pool and especially the hot tub had far to much chlorine in it.

Mostly great!

Overall, everything was great! The only issue I had was my shower was flat to the floor and did not have anything to stop the water from flowing out of the shower. Therefore, after my shower, water was all over the bathroom floor and had flowed into the other room all the way to the bed. Fortunately, a really friendly maintenance guy came and cleaned up the spill and gave us more towels. Lastly, the pool and the hot tub was over crowded, mostly with children late at night. This is not the hotel’s fault but I want to share this experience. I was the only black person at the pool area. I am a black female and needed to soak in the hot tub after a long day of walking. Well, I went out there and felt like I was back in the 1950s. I spoke to an older white couple, the man frowned and the woman rolled her eyes at me. I went to the hot tub which was full of children. Once I got in, the white kids got out. Two Hispanic girls stayed and talked with me. It was such a weird experience.

A one night stay with the grandchildren. We needed an indoor pool and one night stay. Very clean very comfortable and the pool was perfect. The beds very comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Very nice for the price we paid.
