Peaceful with amazing creek sounds

My stay was amazing & my room was fantastic for a top floor with a balcony overlooking the creek. It was so peaceful during the day & at night. The staff at check-in were very informative & helpful. The breakfast was really great & is included with your stay. The hotel is located near the end of the strip before you head into Gatlinburg. The location is excellent & the room was really nice & clean. Definitely recommend & would stay again! :)

The room was very dated, the bathroom so small you could hardly turn around in it. Toilet!! was old, sat too low, the A/C unit was so close to the bed it was freezing!! Should have been a walk-in shower instead of a tub. I had my 88 yr old mom with me and it was difficult for her. The ceiling was so bad you could see the sections of drywall put up to cover the ceiling. The breakfast was terrible!! we never went back, and we wont be staying at this property again.

This property is our favorite place to stay in pigeon Forge. It sits just off the parkway, so it is very convenient, but sits right on the river, so you feel like you are escaping to nature. I can not say enough good about the staff and how they are always friendly and helpful. It is very clean and just a GREAT place!!

Everything was very nice. The breakfast was really good. The only thing to complain was the pool on Thursday was dirty. They didn’t swim cause of it. Otherwise it was nice a nice stay.
