Roooomy

We chose the King room with two beds that are separated by the bathroom. No actual door but plenty of privacy for a family trip. It was nice that the Sink and mirror were accessible even if someone was in the toilet/shower room. We loved the Balcony over the creek and watching the wildlife. Bonus perk was getting the corner room on the 5th floor. Beds are a little too soft but I guess that’s a preference problem.

Comfortable Beds & Pillowa

The bed was very comfortable and so is the pillow. Both were perfect. All rooms have a view of this running stream next to it from the balcony. The room was a little humid and another guest in the front office complained of that as well. We stayed four nights, but their maids will not make up your bed for you. That’s my only complaint.

Property is on the Pigeon River and we like the sounds of the river and the wildlife. A little more attention needs to be paid to the general maintenance of the rooms. In our room the extra security latch was loose and the screws were coming out. The toilet seemed to be very low and not easy to sit on. Breakfast was very good.

Affordable, comfortable and clean

We loved the pool and tubing on the river behind the Inn. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower pressure was awesome. Lots of ducks and geese on the river so that brings lots of feces in parking garage.

Staff were all excellent, from day 1 to checkout. I dont really care for the smell of pot and guests in 1404 lit up continuously. We were in 1403 so our balcony was unfortunately off limits. Not the fault of the resort. I would definitely stay there again and hope for better neighbors!

I've stayed at this location a couple of times. It's perfectly situated for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburge. Love the relaxation on the balconies while listening to the river. There is so much to do while also being able to enjoy the peace and quiet.
