Room was clean and had everything we needed. Coffee, microwave,and fridge. Staff at desk as well as room was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good and included eggs and a breakfast meat as well as waffle maker and cereal and fruit. We were pleased with our stay.

Found the stay to be enjoyable in this facility. Have come here often for visits to Dollywood. River Road takes you right to Dollywood Lane. Remodeled rooms are nice, neat, and tidy. Room service does a great job. If I had any one gripe, it would be the vanities are inside the room, rather than in the bathroom, but many facilities have this to allow more functionality for the sinks Just remember, if traveling with someone else to bring a towel into the bathroom with you

The counter for the sink is oddly low compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the past. Bed was not fully clean (stains on sheets), mattress and pillows probably need to be replaced - no support. Walls were very thin, we could hear the next room often. Probably will not stay there again next trip to Pigeon Forge.
