This beautifully-renovated and maintained 1890s Victorian home sits right in the heart of the historic Mitchell Street residential district, just up the hill from Petoskey's downtown Gaslight District. Enjoy summer evenings on the front porch sipping a glass of wine, or stroll just a few blocks to enjoy downtown restaurants and entertainment. This home offers four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, all fully renovated with its enchanting original charm in mind. The main level offers a bright kitchen with a large deck off the side for grilling and entertaining, two living areas, dining room, and a full bath. The upstairs offers all four bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Its central location to Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Boyne City, and more, makes it ideal for day trips and golf outings. Check out the local farmer's markets, entertainment in the parks, or grab your bike and jump on the Little Traverse Wheelway. Neat and comfortable. The only problem was there were no A/C , and the house was uncomfortably warm considering that the temperatures were in the 90s during our stay. It could be a worthwhile investment for the owner to install A/C in the house.

Outstanding communication and responsiveness, perfect location

The house is lovely and the management company was incredibly helpful with stellar response times. One point of note - and this is NOT a complaint - the house is a Victorian with furniture/decor to match that style. If members of your party are taller or larger (both my son and husband are 6’2”), they may not be as comfortable (e.g,lower headroom by one of the stairways, lower ceilings in bathrooms, smaller couches/chairs). But a lovely property and when we’re back in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again.

A simply lovely home. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to all have our own beds. Plenty of bathrooms, two comfy living rooms, a well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property if you have a larger group.

I cannot say enough about this 5 star property. Everything you could possibly need-it has! Excellent location to downtown Petoskey-easy walk. Every room was fully stocked and we needed nothing. Although Victorian in house architecture, each room has been remodeled with modern features and updated decor. I can’t think of a single thing negative. We went during Petoskey Christmas Open House, Dec 5-7, 2024 and everything was snow covered. It was beautiful

Lovely Home in Petosky!

The house was a perfect home to visit northern Michigan! Super clean and great location. My only complaint is - only one box of Kleenex in the whole house. Also hand bars in the shower would be great for older travelers, so they feel safe. But really a lovely home and decorated so well.

Girls' Getaway

We are a group of 4 long time female friends who travel somewhere each year. We've had multiple trips to Sonoma and also traveled to Charleston and Santa Barbara. We absolutely loved Petoskey. And the house was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well equipped - much more than we needed. We enjoyed the living space for evening wine and the dining room for breakfasts. The bedrooms were perfect - fresh and each different from the others. The house was easily walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location for a group

The house was perfect - very clean, comfortable, and group friendly. We loved having coffee on the porch in the morning and a glass of wine on the back patio in the evening. We were a group of 7 in town for a wedding and the house was in a convenient location that was an easy walk to all of the great restaurants and shops downtown. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
