This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. 1) temp in the room at arrival, 80 degrees. Had to have desk clerk come up to explain how the thermostat worked. Finally got temp fixed. 2) ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Had to go to 1st floor for ice. 3) TV was the worst system I have ever encountered. Could not find a station to see news. Just attempting to find a station to watch was very complicated and almost impossible to tune in. 4) no cups in the bathroom, where they are needed. 5) cleanliness was suspect. Not good. 6) front desk clerk would not come and describe how TV service worked. Basically it was a s___show and will never stay there again. Will be sending a letter to Marriott re this stay.

The AC unit in our room was broken. The fan was stuck on high and you couldnt turn it off. Staff was unable to fix it. Closet door was broken. But, the bedding was clean and my kids appreciated the indoor pool on a 34° day. For what we paid, i was haply that we were in a safe place

The price of the room was not the same as it was on the Expedia website. It was more expensive. Our room was on the first floor. We had noisy pounding running gas right above us till about almost 11 o’clock. The bathroom was dirty. We found some hair in the shower was not clean overall the room was not clean. We were very dissatisfied. The management was sorry but they did nothing to make it right for us.

Bathroom light was out. Front desk had to call someone of site. They said they’d come but not right away because he’s babysitting his kids. This suggests that management is weak. Won’t have breakfast until tomorrow. If it is like this far, we will be eating somewhere else.
