We were greeted upon entering and check in was quick and easy. Upon entering our room, it was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was great! It was close to shopping as well as several options for dining.

BED BUGS/ half of my comments are cut of

Bed bugs (the reaction of the GM was unbelievable) HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Bathroom wall had a smashed bug Curtains stains Dust everywhere Some kind of glue like substance all over desk. ONLY blue door and blue painted room/ very suspicious Sounds like people are about to come through the walls ALL EVENING, NIGHT, and guess what 1st thing you wake up to! Elevator got stuck 4 times doors won't open. The elevator has to go back down to 1st floor and open door. Then you might be able to get off on your floor. Note on 1st floor Curtains wouldn't close all the way and bent up I want my refund. I literally stayed in my car majority of the stay. So very upset with this place. I tried to be nice, polite, & discreet about the bed bug. But the reaction from the GM and house keeping lady on 4/26/25 was unacceptable and unbelievable!! I will now speak up out loud unless someone handles this situation. I will share the pictures to all review websites for this location. I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL OF THIS!! Bed bugs (the reaction of the GM was unbelievable) yes I have pics HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I ran a business for 23years. Never in my life would I have treated my guests in such a manor. Especially after paying $450 dollars to stay in a nasty ass room and they wouldn't refund me my money so we could go elsewhere. I don't just have an extra $300/$400 to just go get ANOTHER room! Bathroom wall had a smashed bug Curtains stains were disgusting Dust everywhere wiped my finger right through

I really want to give more starts because it could be really nice with some improvements. The location is convenient and Taylor at the front desk was amazing. The beds were decent. The tub is dingy, the carpet is pretty dirty and the kitchenette is pretty outdated. We only swam once because the pool is freezing and pretty dirty. 50/50 on if we would stay again.

The pillows were terrible and when asked for firm pillows, we got more of the same flimsy ones. We had to put 2 pillows in one pillowcase to be somewhat comfortable. We asked for more towels and never received any. Late at night, there were 3 boys at the desk talking with staff and they were rather loud. Had some ants in the restroom also. I would definitely look for a different hotel next time.
