I am frugal and I was determined to get to Pensacola Beach. This is the place! Easy to find, park, get around, and it’s all about the beach. They offer kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes included at no extra fee. The beach is all around you and you can drive further if you want like we did. Please note that because you are surrounded by the bay, it is humid and I think that is hard on the construction in Florida. They take very good care of this property. But salt in the air is a way of life.

Location is great, but refuse to be in room 121

The mattresses are worn out. There is a sensor on a vent on the wall that was blinking red and at night was really annoying. The AC unit in that room needs fixed. It makes a loud rattling noise. I fixed hardly sleep. The toilet l8de needs changed. After 4 nights there, I am exhausted from lack of sleep. The last night, someone stayed in the room next to us with barking dogs. At 7:30pm, the people must have left the room because the dogs barked non stop until about 9:30. We were in room 121. The hotel is older and could really use some TLC. Now for the good. . . the location is excellent and the employees are friendly. Parking is free.

The location of this property is great with many places to shop and eat within easy walking distance. The breakfast, which is included is very good. They provide bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards for free! And the staff is very very nice. The rooms are worn and tired but clean. The A/C is pretty old and can be noisy. For what you pay, this is not too bad.

We booked here without even knowing that they offer free use of the kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes, just have to have back by 6pm. Our bed was super comfy. We were within walking distance of the gulf and the bay on the other side. A great breakfast. All rooms are located on outside access, but there is an elevator. The ladies at the front desk were nice and very helpful. We will come again.
