The staff was really nice, the breakfast was convenient, the loaner paddle boards and kayaks were great and the distance to the gulf was fine for walking. Great value in Pensacola.

Pluses: Great friendly staff, good breakfast variety, plenty of hot water, very nice comfortable pool area, ice very plentiful and convenient, plus ample parking. Minuses: Loud air conditioning, mattresses need up dated, refrigerator kept freezing our drinks, and it would have been nice to have more room lighting.

We needed a place to stay for one night in Pensacola. We chose this hotel and were not disappointed! We walked across the street to the beach and pier in the morning which was amazing! They have a nice pool and fire pit area at the hotel! Our room was clean and the ac worked very well! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are ever back in Pensacola.

This was a girls only 3 day trip. I'm from Mobile, Al. The room and staff were great. We had a great time. The convenience of everything in walking distance was perfect for what we were looking for. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

Overall our experience was great kat was amazing and always eager to help us with our adventures in the bay with a smile!!! I didnt catch the young lady who checked us in but on 9/19/25 after 6 pm the lady who greeted us was very welcoming and above and beyond friendly. There was one instance where the front desk refused to give us a clean towel to my husband and i was laready in the shower she said we had to return the old ones, every other day they were fine with us leaving them at the door for the week and would happily give us new ones. We only utilized house keeping 1 time in our weeek stay. So that was a bit frustrating but overall the rest of the saff were kind and friendly the breakfast was good and we would visit again.

Fun place to stay across the road from the beach. Nice pool and free use of bikes and kayaks, which we had fun using. Good breakfast and lobby. The staff was wonderful! We’ll gladly stay here again in the future.
