We were there for a week maids only came in to empty garbages. We literally had to ask for more toilet paper and towels . Paid for the breakfast and there was no buffet . Had to wait extremely long for service. I would give them a solid 3 for some effort

Arrived in the evening and Skyler attended us with such amazing customer service! She accommodated our every need and knew what the meaning of 5 star service means!! The Views were amazing and the sunrise was even more spectacular from the balcony! Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and slepted like a baby! Breakfast area was a bit small but just right. Heidi greeted us with morning cheer and food came out quickly and yummy. Great Hotel choice! Price was also undeniably economical for such a pretty Resort! 👍
