Welcome to Seas the Day Unit N/4 – This fully updated 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo at Villas on the Gulf is just steps from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. Perched two flights up (no elevator), its private balcony offers uninterrupted Gulf views—you can’t get closer to the water without getting wet! Sleeps 6 max, including children.

Freshly renovated in December 2025, this 950 sq. ft. retreat features new flooring, countertops, paint, crown molding, and doors for added bedroom privacy, plus stylish furniture and draperies. The master suite has a king bed; the Gulf-front bedroom offers two queens. Two full bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower), a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen make it easy to pack light.

We’ve included thoughtful extras you won’t find in most rentals—beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, spices, wrap, coffee, and zip-top bags. Enjoy the community pool, lagoon with ducks and swans, and a prime location just 1.5 miles from Pensacola Beach’s dining and nightlife.

Last minute trip, found this and was unbelievable. Right on the beach. Check in/out very painless and easy. Room was ready earlier than expected and was very welcomed after long drive. Condo was spotless, easy to get to(directions spot on). Access to beach is right there and the view. Oh and let’s not to forget about all the dolphins. Would recommend this to anyone. And we will definitely be back. A true hidden gem.

Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location was unbeatable—just a super easy walk to the beach, with crystal-clear water, powdery white sand, and beautiful weather every day. The area wasn’t crowded at all, which made it peaceful and relaxing, but it was still close to all the fun attractions, restaurants, and shops. The condo was spotless and filled with extra touches you don’t usually find—beach gear, kitchen essentials, and more. You can really tell the owners go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. We’ll absolutely be back!

Great Stay at a Fantastic Location

You cannot get any closer to the beach. The location is superb. The rental has everything you need for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The washer and dryer really came in handy. We would stay again.

Family vacation

We loved our stay at this condo, the location is perfect close to all restaurants and shops! Beach front was a must with little kids and the view is amazing! Everything was super clean and well stocked as well! Mary answered all questions and gave recommendations on great local things to do! We will definitely be back!

Awesome location on the beach!

We had the BEST family vacation at Seas the Day! Clean and comfortable accommodations complete with special touches, and a perfect place to stay with 4 young children! The location is amazing!!! This unit is adjacent to the boardwalk (and outdoor shower) with direct access to the beach, which was perfect with young children. It provided easy access to run up to the condo if the kids needed or left something. The pool was great as well. The condo was well equipped with beach essentials such as wave boards, sand toys, chairs, etc. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked, and the condo even provides a pack’n’play if needed. The view from the windows and private balcony were stunning. Mary provided information for local attractions and eateries, and was one of the most considerate hosts we’ve had through VRBO. The location is also easily accessible to local attractions and restaurants. We plan to be back!!!!

Wonderful spring break!

Myself and 3 teenagers had a great beach vacation at Seas the Day. The location is perfect. The balcony overlooks the gulf and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The quick access to the quiet beach was a huge benefit, plus the provided chairs and umbrella. The condo had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Beachfront Condo!

The communication from the owner was great and like many others said in their reviews this condo was well stocked. Items like toilet paper, dish/laundry detergent, and paper towels were provided in enough quantity to last our 4 night stay. Even coffee k-cups were provided! Beach view was great! Morning sunrise from the balcony was amazing. The area was quiet and the beach was not crowded. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Quick last summer beach trip

Location was great! Being on the beach with kids/teens made for a much less stressful time! We could easily go back and forth! Mary had everything available to make our time at the beach wonderful! It was great not to have to pack/buy these items!! Beds were super comfy as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids/teens! Hoping to come back soon!

Start to finish the experience was fantastic. I booked months in advance and within a day of booking Mary texted me letting me know if I had any questions to call or text that number. I texted her throughout the months leading up to our vacation and she always responded promptly! This was our first time going to Pensacola and Mary definitely went above and beyond helping us!! The condo was very clean and there wasn’t anything we disliked or had issues with. It had the home feel to it. It is directly on the ocean which was the PERFECT location. Sometimes you go on vacation and need a vacation once you leave, but we didn’t get that feeling when we left Mary’s condo. We felt sad and ready to plan our next trip. When we book our next trip to Pensacola beach we will book with Mary. Hands down the best host/ condo we could ask for!

Seas the day

It was a wonderful experience. The vrbo was clean and very nice. Absolutely beautiful! The only issue we had was with the boardwalk and I’m not sure if that relates to you. One day it was so hot that three of us blistered our feet. Other than that it was a great time! We appreciated all the little details and touches! And the view was absolutely amazing!!
