Their ad said they had dining and bar and it was totally closedown and the TV shut down do to their provider service which was on their way out to fix it. The carpet in the room was dirty and there was some mold around the bathtub soap holder. The folks running the hotel were great .

It was perfect for what we needed. We had fun at the pool and the rooms were clean and cool. Would’ve given 5 stars, but there was no breakfast and we had to ask for another roll of TP. Other than that we had a great stay.

Rooms needed some care. Looks like it really need maintenance. Popcorn ceiling was crumbling and had patches that were loose. Shower needed help and caulking. Room was clean but was just mediocre.

It’s so sad to see this hotel in Pendleton deteriorated, used to be THE premier place. The price is good and it’s always an easy check in process. The staff are happy and friendly.

This place was gross. Hair in the bed, fecal waste in the toilet, dust and dirt everywhere. No running water on the main floor, had to use gas station bathroom. Restaurant/Lounge was closed. Listed as Mountain View, there was no Mountain View.

upon check in advised no laundry due to water leak being repaired then but no time set for completion - reason we booked there restaurant and bar not operational - told the website showed that announcement - booked via Hotel.com and do not remember any update there check in man was ok explainin with all this difficult news
