The maintenance of the rooms needs major improvement. The first room was very cold - windows were not sealed properly. Found out the next day that the AC control is broken too. Second room sink drain was plugged. Hair drier was bad and the replacement was on the shelf in the closet. Staff was friendly. Hotel have nice pool and few hot tubs.

The hotel is really starting to show its age. Even the outside of the doors in the hallway are in rough shape. I love this hotel for the rustic coziness however they need to put some money and/or effort into upkeep and maintenence.

The breakfast was amazing and great service. The only downside is that the heat was not working properly in the room so it was pretty cold in the room. Staff said a technician was scheduled to come out to look at it. That issue would not prohibit us from staying again.
