Dirty hotel room, horrible customer service.

Service was terrible, very unsatisfactory. Toilet was so dirty, bed sheets had hair on them. Front desk refused to believe me when i told them, they wouldn’t even come upstairs to see how dirty everything was. Had to get a different hotel room elsewhere. Still haven’t received a refund.

Run. Run far away.

Upon arrival my young daughter and I found the top lock on our door non functional. We went to the front desk and maintenance was sent. The maintenance person didn’t even knock, just came right on in, we were pretty rattled. On the way to talk to the front desk, I stopped at the bathroom and sat, realized I could see a ton of mold under the shower wall panel and realized we only had 3 washcloths and one hand towel and that they were rumpled. While taking a photo of the mold and towels I realized the tub was wet. At this point I was wondering if my room was even properly cleaned. I took a closer look around andcrealuzed the desk had no chair, the marble had caked on grime, and the coffeepot was in need of a clean (or at least a wipe down). Went to the lobby to see if we could switch rooms and to address the maintenance barging in issue. They basically told me the hotel was sold out (although I just witnessed them switch another guest because her room stank) and how many towels would I like. After the privacy issue and the cleanliness issue, I really did not feel safe at this hotel. Especially travelling as a single female with a small child, safety is my #1concern. Front desk turned me away because “we offered solutions you didn’t want” (they didn’t) and they commenced talking about us in a language we don’t understand. Hotels.com made it right, but it was incredibly time consuming and involved more driving after the 1058 miles we already drove. Steer clear of here.

Just okay

Check in went quick and smoothly. Elevator was noisy. Room was spacious. Tub wasn’t fully clean. Property is definitely in need of renovations. Outside carpet is outdated and you could see dirt pile up along the cracks. Our AC worked but was held up with duct tape. Water pressure was great and good amount of hot water. Bed was good and soft. Would like them to upgrade their body wash/shampoo/conditioner to what you usually see at a Marriot or Hilton with bottles in the shower on the wall for easy pump action. The little bottles they give you aren’t much. Overall the area was ok it’s next to a major highway but this property used to be the Holiday Inn and it’s in need of an upgrade. I may stay in the future if I need too.

I've never stayed at a Wyndham Garden but was overall very pleased with the experience. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and more stylish and well-appointed than I anticipated. Some relatively minor drawbacks were the TV was disconnected and needed repaired, which was promptly addressed, and the bathtub did not drain well. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and had many options.

Albeit the staff was friendly the hotel is old and unkept. No microwave in room not even a telephone. Really!! TV remote sketchy. AC cold but i wanted heat but the buttons were broken and had to unplug. Front entrance dirtiest emptied plant holders i have ever seen. Should have removed the eye sore. They had breakfast, I opted out. It is a good location and busy however I won't return.

The property is older but has been well maintained. No remote for the TV in the room. We used the garage during the day to find shade for our car but didn’t leave it there overnight. There was hardly anyone here so it was quiet.

The hotel pictures were not reflective of the accommodations. Checking in was inefficient. Other guests were disruptive. Corridor and common areas were extremely hot. Parking garage is filthy!

This property was dirty. Our first room a roach popped out from behind the drawers, they wouldn’t give us a refund so they changed our room to a second floor. The sheets had stains on them and so did the counter tops. Never coming back here.
