Had no idea there even was breakfast offered. No one told us. Upon check in the guy was very quick to just send us to the room in the back building. Room was not the cleanest. Lacked towels. Room was very cold upon arrival. When checking out the desk person was rude and didn’t supply receipt when we asked. Said you booked online that’s who you talk with about that not us. Which has never been the case in any hotel we’ve stayed at before.

The staff was very friendly. The price is perfect for work-related short trips. One thing I didn't like: on arrival, the pillowcases had not apparently been replaced after previous guest. I called front desk and they promptly sent new ones. Parking lot was good

Room was clean! Bedsheets were clean and smelled great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! My daughter is a patient at st Clair’s hospital, we travel 4 1/2 hours one way to see her. It’s nice to have a place where we can rest. Thank you!
