Party hotel

Arrives for check in at 6pm and room was not ready yet, had to wait. Hotel needs work. Carpet in hallways is worn and stained. Bathrooms not very clean. Tv frequently lost signal, room fridge broken. Pool was decent. People in the hotel were running up and down the halls through the night slamming doors, drunk in the halls. Unsupervised children. Not a restfull night sleep.

At check in, the staff were more worried about checking their phone. The room was not very clean and the fire alarm in my room went off for no reason. The grounds had a generally rundown appearance.

Stayed there because my partner and I had a car crash, the room they sent us to had wet floors still and I slipped and got hurt further so thanks. Place was disgusting they just mopped over dirt that needs to be swept up. First room they put us in had a broken ac though I specifically asked for one with a working unit because I get sick if I’m too hot. The next room they could put us in was a 2 queen bed room which I specifically paid for a king bed with mobility/accessibility because we were just severely injured in a car crash?? The new room also had no toilet paper, no dnd sign, no ice bucket, the floors and the bathroom were disgusting, one of our pillows had blood on it also??? Terrible terrible stay I would never recommend this place especially if you’re disabled. Highly disappointed and disgusted, staff was okay they really didn’t seem to care about our concerns.

1. Hot water for the shower took 10 minutes of running the water. 2. none of the furniture matched, It was old and worn out 3. overall maintenance was poor 4. I travel a lot and spend more than 150 days a year economy hotels around the world and this was worst! 5. I have not stayed in Ramada by Wyndham in years, but when are booked it for its location, I did not know how run down the place would be.

Rooms are not properly cleaned. Hair in sink, shower, and toilets. Room Trash cans looked like they haven't been cleaned EVER. Rust in the shower floor. I have pictures if needed. Customer service is terrible. When expressed concerns and asked for clean sheet they threatened to call the police on us.

We arrived on Thursday - June 12th. Due to a traffic accident, all WIFI throughout the hotel was down. This includes the check in process, no TV in our room. After 48 hours service was restored. We didn't have maid service until Saturday afternoon. The beds were uncomfortable, bathroom sink backed up, shower diverter hard to use. We gave a list to the front desk and asked for these items to be addressed. there was a fair attempt. Not what we were expecting from Wyndham! Back to Thursday check in, Robert the only one on duty did an AMAZING job alone, checking people in, running them to their rooms. Thank you Robert! I appreciate his service and hustle!

Slow checkin. Staff was not very welcoming or friendly. Bare minimum. Hotel is incredibly dirty and unsanitary. After walking down the dirty hallway, with all the beat up doors, we walked in and out of the room immediately. It had an awesome perfume smell to mask the scent of something, dusty and rusted fixtures, bed was barely made. Bathroom looked old and unclean. Drapes were ragged and air unit was dirty and beat up looking. Neighboring rooms were loud and some people in the halls looked strung out. I was told the second floor rooms were nicer when I complained and I asked, “why didn’t you give us that floor first then?” We couldn’t stay and booked another nearby hotel losing our money at this one.

The room and hallway were dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The property looks very different from the pictures on the website, which was misleading. The only positive aspect of my stay was the front desk staff, who were helpful and courteous.
