Aspects of my stay were up to standard. Others were not. While my room was clean and well presented, the bed was overly hard. Additionally, the pillows were thin and provided no support. The blind mechanisms were faulty on two of the windows. Staff were generally professional, however in the bar area we found we had to make several requests before are initial order arrived.
