Property was spacious and had great views. Outdoor pool area was closed which was a great disappointment. The property was not clean enough “for my expectations”. Our bathroom sink was clogged with hair and whatever else was there, I ended up unclogging it. There was no communication in place. Staff did not tell us anything about there being no room service, they did not tell us anything how where to throw out our rubbish. There was no instructions on phone inside property how to call reception so I would continuously call from my phone and while trying to connect to reception phone would constantly say operator not unavailable or something along those lines. Overall, was not pleased but was good to cater for my family of 6

Not a functional room for a business person. No desks, had to move dining table around to be near to a powerpoint. Somene else's rubbish in the fridge, no tea towel or wipes and due to limited servicing arrangements of three days these were not appropriate. No 'usr-friendly way to navigate the television controls. Heaps of local dining that was good and excellent reception staff, just let down by the room on this occasion.

Disappointed

Very disappointed with the Meriton. Most hotels have a check in at 2pm but the Meriton isn`t till 3pm. We got there to check in at 3.15 and the line up was out the door to check in ,they seem to have the longest check in computer system out, and when we finally got to check in we were told that our room wasn’t ready. When you have been on the road for hours all you want is to rest up. Also the lifts are the slowest lifts in the world. Won`t stay here again.
