Second time we have stayed here for a concert and will be the last. Continuously woken up by other room doors closing. Lift took 15 minutes to get to floor 9, and when it did it was full. I was rudely and adamantly told at the breakfast desk by a female staff member of Asian appearance, short dark hair, that breakfast was not included when front reception staff confirmed it was upon arrival. She also had no interest in seeing my booking email also confirming it was included in my stay. Surrounded by construction noise and noisey business people, a peaceful breakfast was non existent. And to top it off, during breakfast that same female staff member dropped disposable coffee cups on the floor while restocking the coffee machines, looked around to see that “no other staff member had noticed”, picked the cups up that were scattered all over the floor and proceeded to stack them on top of the coffee machine to be used by guests. If this unhygienic practice is included in the cost of my $380 one night stay, I don’t think I’ll be back again. Disgusting and very disappointed.

Great facilties, great location, excellent staff. -1 star as we had paid for parking to however, the clearance for the parking garage is 1.9m which unfortunately would not accomodate our car (2m would have been fine for our hilux, no mods or lift kit). As a result we had to park next door at the meriton (however that is also another story).

At the time of the stay the lobby was getting renovated so the reception doesn’t have lot of space and was very crowded during check in and check out. One of the three lift was out of order as well resulting in long wait time during peak hours such as breakfast time.

Absolutely incredible stay. Cannot fault anything except the carpark. I wouldnt bring a long vehicle if you can help it, exiting the car park isnt easy in one which can be seen by all the damage to the poles and wall.
