Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfy room and bed, walking distance to tram and parramatta station. Good buffet breakfast options. Bathroom was clean except showers screen needs regular proper cleaning. Overall experience 9 out of 10.

Great comfortable hotel great service and staff. Only poor aspect is cold small outdoor pool.. if pool was upgraded this would be best hotel in area ! Beds very comfortable and rooms newly appointed. Staff really genuinely attentive and good prepared with care. We will stay again!

Convenient location friendly staff

The staff were fabulous, check in was easy. One lift was out which was very inconvenient for checking out because there were cues for everyone wanting to check out and full lifts. It took ages to actually get down and then wait again for the car park which we gave up on and walked out with all our suitcases. Not ideal. Other than that it was good.
