Excellent room and amenities. Very clean and well appointed. Couldn’t have asked for more. Handy location, waking distance to cafes and shopping. The pool is saltwater, clean and modern. Loved it.

Room was fine, AC filter dusty making us sneeze alot. Parking was terrible, we had to keep calling staff down to carpark as we kept loosing our parking spot, damn waste of time. Also 3 false fire alarms in 2 days, felt sorry for parents with kids and older guests evacuating middle of night and early morning. Won't be going back to that hotel

The foyer is grand and lovely - and certainly sets tone for high expectation. Beyond this, I encountered a very basic suite, with general hotel vibe a bit "tired." The carpets are stained and freyed. Aesthetically, there is definitely room for improvement. The room was comfortable enough and the bed, linen and pillows were very comfortable. I used rewards points from Expedia for this booking. The booking included a free bottle of wine (which wasnt delivered and I had to request on checkout). All in all, I am really thankful I hadn't paid full price for this room. I would have been really disappointed.
