Walking in to check in . The lady was very rude and short. We get to the room it smells old the toilet was rocking . Room was clean. I would not stay at this hotel again. The stars are wrong on this place

Staff was great. Had to switch rooms because the first one reeked of pee. Second one smelt old but better than pee. The outside area also smells of pee

Great stay, beautiful hotel. Not too far from the main strip in the gaslamp district or the train depot for people taking public transit. Plenty of stores and restaurants immediately around the hotel too. Valet staff were nice and very attentive too. Would recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful. I loved the room and the view was absolutely amazing, I would say that was my favorite part! Parking is connected to the building and the gift shop had essentials that you may have forgotten. There’s a Starbucks connected to the hotel as well😊. I would 100% come again.

View from our room was awesome, the pool at the marina tower was very nice, our room was ok, needed updates. The restaurants were not very good, with the exception of BrewX in the Marina Tower
