The toilet smelly which appeared to be sewage issue. Minibar was packed with alcohol beverages which was not appropriate in our case given we had a young child and would have preferred an empty fridge that would have better meet our needs. Although a fridge was provided, there was no space to accommodate so unfortunately we declined. Overall it was our view that the hotel was not accommodating. I found the bell persons and cleaners were awesome!!

I thought breakfast was paid only to find out max $40 per couple which I can tell you it doesn’t go far in San Diego. My room looked out onto a very noisy railway which was not only the tram but the goods train which seamed miles long.

It is my second time to choose hard rock hotel，and the experience was great. They always have the classic rock and roll vibes. The room is clean and new. The hotel locates in the middle of the gaslight area with lots of food options.
