Their were a few things that we had to call in for like the tv not working and we had to request for a fridge. I don't understand why I have to call for a fridge when all the hotels I have stayed at had a fridge in the room to put water or any medicine that I need to put away. You also don't have laundry services, we asked at the desk and they said no we had to go somewhere else to get our clothes washed.

Required an accumulated deposit for all the nights there, in advance of the stay. For example, if the deposit for each night was $100 and the stay was 5 nights, $500 was secured. This, on a prepayed hotel room. I had booked this room for an adult child (over 30 years old) as a gift and found this to be a very strange requirement.
