First of all the front desk staff upon checking in we’re not welcoming or inviting Brady was very stale. We went to the hotel for our honeymoon and it was a disaster. My husband was overcharged twice and the hotel says they don’t know how it was done we have had to escalate the situation to corporate. We were made some accommodations That were appreciated. However, overall the trip put a complete damper on our honeymoon due to the overcharging and unexplained charges way past what the deposit was supposed to be. Had to change rooms a few times when offered an upgraded room. The first upgrade was horrible. The second upgrade was very nice however there was no hot water and the toilet stopped.

Positive note only - The supervisor at check in (hispanic lady, beautiful curly long hair) was amazing. All 5 plus stars go to her & the velet guys only. Bith were cwry nice, helpful & welcoming. Negatuve note - At check in, the girl (black lady, long braids) was very unfriendly & rude. She had no right to stick her nose in my business, telling the supervisor what not to do. The suoervisor handle it much better & helped me, while the girl with braids refuse to! Other guest came up & that girl with braids did not welcome anyone or seen her smile one time. She was awful working customer service. The hotel does not have the hard rock cafe, just a heads up & the parking is horrible. Their is no parking at the hotel, unless you pay $60 PER NIGHT for valet on top of room, resort & deposts. For this hotel being the Hard Rock their was very little to see.
