Before we even stepped foot in the room we noticed the tv had fallen off the wall and was sitting on top of a chair we communicated that with the staff and we got moved to another room we then got to that room and everything was only stocked for 1 day and we were staying multiple nights we had to ask for more stuff twice the trash cans had no trash bags and they don’t offer parking for their hotel only valet which is at higher price than all the other hotels nearby.

Staff were rude. Lied about a night stay credit (not a feee night) being applied to my account even through booked with 3rd party (i was surprisingly shocked). i guess it was just to distract me from an issue i brought up. redeeming drinks but no options for non alcohol, lady finally allowed me to get water or soda. i didn’t know the water is in a can, i told the staff, she then gave me a dirty look. shower is rusted and damaged also caused a flood. toilet flush was weak, luckily didn’t take a duce
